Blazer and dress H&M, heels eBay.
The heels from eBay has arrived! Sorry for not giving you the link in the comments, I wanted to make sure the seller could be trusted because I was doing a bit of untraditional order with him and he no longer has them for sale. :(
Also wearing my new dress from H&M (I never, ever wear dresses) and a blazer I bought in winter. I think I have worn it twice. It is pretty but I can never really match it with anything. Hmmm..
